About the role
We are looking for a proactive, people‑focused Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our vibrant Central London office. The role supports the agency’s daily operations, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and deliveries while ensuring a tidy, well‑stocked workplace.
Key responsibilities
- First point of contact for visitors, clients and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and order across all office areas, including the stock room.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments as required.
- Manage office supplies, food and stationery inventories.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Administer Slack, Kisi and Gett accounts.
- Support the Finance Director with IT management.
- Organise gifts for staff and clients.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to Directors and manage budgets for supplies and events.
- Onboard new joiners, process leavers and maintain employee records in Bright HR.
