About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to become the heartbeat of our fast‑growing global media company’s London office. This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping all behind‑the‑scenes operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage suppliers and oversee day‑to‑day office operations.
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
- Oversee office security processes and policies.
- Plan and coordinate internal events.
- Drive sustainable office initiatives.
- Arrange global travel accurately and efficiently.
- Act as the in‑house IT trouble‑shooter.
Required profile
- Exceptionally organised and forward‑thinking.
- Calm under pressure with a natural problem‑solving mindset.
- Confident communicator able to engage at all levels.
- Ownership‑driven and able to enable others to perform at their best.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
