About the role
This temporary position supports a high‑profile buying team within a globally recognised luxury retail business. You will work closely with the Buyer and Assistant Buyer to help drive commercial performance and improve the customer experience across both store and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Buying Office.
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help with trade analysis and stock management activities.
- Maintain accurate system updates and documentation.
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Eager to gain or build experience in a premium retail head‑office environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commercial setting.

What we offer
- Immediate start on a 2‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension.
- Hybrid working model – three days per week in the West London office.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
