About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations in our London office. You will act as the primary point of contact for all local office matters, ensuring smooth coordination between our global teams and the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative routines.
- Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, and local insurance renewals.
- Handle employee mobility tasks such as visa applications and work permits.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, system updates, and reporting.
- Process invoices, allocate costs, and assist with simple financial tasks.
- Contribute to the annual administration budget and assist with local audit activities.
- Coordinate IT support with the global IT team.
- Help organize and support both local and global events.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and proactivity.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in a similar office management role.
- Strong numerical ability and understanding of basic financial processes.
- Familiarity with HR administrative procedures.
- Service‑oriented problem solver with excellent multitasking skills.
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication abilities.
