Olympia Night Ambassador

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador at the Olympia location in London. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable, fun‑filled experience for guests during the evening shift while handling a wide range of hospitality tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen, and food displays.
• Assist guests with facility requests and operate the property management system for reservations.
• Set up and tidy societyM meeting rooms when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations.
