Onboarding Administrator (Financial Services)

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports a well‑established financial services firm by managing the onboarding of new clients. You will work closely with Front Office and Client Due Diligence teams to ensure a smooth, compliant account setup process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and set up new client accounts in the CRM system, adhering to regulatory and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate client data and perform strict quality‑control checks to ensure data integrity.
• Respond to onboarding queries from internal stakeholders and provide timely support.
• Liaise with Front Office and Client Due Diligence teams to resolve any onboarding issues.
• Document onboarding activities and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services operations or client onboarding (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Confidence using specialised systems, ideally Avaloq or a similar platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
