Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Reed is looking for a highly organised Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for learners and employers. You will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for learners and employers, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Review and verify learner and employer information for completeness and compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain Individual Learning Plans, communicating any amendments.
• Maintain learner records and supporting documentation in internal systems.
• Produce reports, trackers, and other administrative documentation as required.
• Manage electronic and manual filing systems to keep records organised.
• Provide reception and front‑of‑house support when needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for learners, employers, and internal stakeholders throughout onboarding.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support new system implementations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy administrative, compliance, onboarding, coordination or customer‑service environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to work.
• Strong customer‑service and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
