One-to-One Outreach Tutor – Swale Area

About the role
We are seeking dedicated outreach tutors to provide one‑to‑one support for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across the Swale area. You will work directly with learners in their homes, helping them re‑engage with education.
Key responsibilities
- Work with 2–3 students per day, allowing time for planning and marking.
- Deliver tailored, inspiring lessons that address both academic and emotional needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships to support each learner’s growth.
Required profile
- Experience working with SEMH students or in a comparable setting.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Calm, adaptable and empathetic approach to teaching.
