Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Consultant to join our team in Petersfield. This full‑time, office‑based position supports a busy operation, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and effective workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the workforce across multiple shifts.
• Book candidate assessments and interviews.
• Meet and greet candidates and workers on site.
• Conduct shift handovers and daily workforce catch‑ups.
• Plan shifts and manage workforce scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Process payroll information and timesheets.
• Use spreadsheets and recruitment systems to manage staffing requirements.
• Liaise with site management and workers to meet operational needs.
• Provide general administrative support and build strong relationships with workers and site management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, administration, coordination or customer service.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in developing a long‑term career in recruitment.
