Operations Administrator – Order Processing & Stock Management

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Operations Administrator to oversee order processing, stock management, purchasing and dispatch. You will ensure that sales orders are accurately entered and fulfilled on time, supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer sales orders, purchase orders and dispatch workflows in line with strict service level agreements.
• Enter sales orders accurately, verifying account details are up‑to‑date.
• Pick, pack and arrange dispatch via courier, postal services or electronic delivery.
• Raise purchase orders and initiate payment requests for stock replenishment.
• Respond to day‑to‑day enquiries from clients, vendors and internal teams by phone and email.
• Maintain compliance with internal quality control standards and external audit guidelines.

Required profile

• High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT user with ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable team player with strong self‑initiative and focus on results.
• Prior experience in a similar administrative or fulfilment role.

What we offer

• Salary £26,000 – £28,500 per year.
• Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
• On‑site role based in Wokingham, South East England.
