Operations Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, privately funded organisation at the crossroads of financial services, technology and innovation. As an Operations Executive you will work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO and COO, to support strategic projects and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate strategic programmes and initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials and market research reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across government, financial services, technology and investment sectors.
• Assist in the development of operational strategies and innovation pipelines.

Required profile

• STEM or analytical degree.
• Approximately two years of client‑servicing experience within financial services.
• Commercial mindset with a strong interest in fintech, technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership.
