Operations Manager - Bershka Sheffield

About the role

Bershka is described as bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager you will lead the operational engine of the store, keeping deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity running smoothly and efficiently. It is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team. The post is based in Sheffield.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes
• Manage rotas, payroll and hours budgets
• Monitor productivity and operational KPIs
• Support employee relations processes in line with company policy
• Develop and coach the operations team
• Maintain high standards in health, safety and sustainability
• Support excellent customer service through operational efficiency

Required profile

• Experience in managing retail operations is essential
• Adaptable and confident working under pressure
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Emotionally intelligent and able to lead with respect
• Reliable, accountable and commercially aware
• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers
• Proactive, solution-focused and ambitious
