Operations Manager – Collections

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimise our collections team. In this permanent, hybrid role you will drive performance, ensure compliance and support a high‑quality customer experience within a fast‑moving financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the collections team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and reduce delinquencies.
• Introduce best practices and compliance measures throughout the collections process.
• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within collections or financial services.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
