Operations Manager – High‑Growth Robotics Startup

About the role

Adamo is a seed‑stage robotics company building a teleoperation platform for human‑in‑the‑loop control. As Operations Manager you will act as the founders' "second brain", driving high‑leverage, cross‑border execution and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑border operations and data‑collection coordination with teams in Mexico and Morocco.
• Design, build and optimise internal workflows for accounting, compliance and vendor management.
• Negotiate with landlords, legal entities and service providers, acting as a force multiplier for the founders.
• Oversee legal coordination, international entity setup and vendor negotiations.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Big 4) or high‑growth startup operations.
• Elite academic background with strong structural thinking and precise execution.
• Passion for robotics or deep‑tech and resilience to navigate complex international legal and administrative challenges.
