Out-of-Hours Business Travel Consultant (Homebased)

About the role

This position provides out‑of‑hours support for corporate travel clients, handling evening travel requests and overnight emergency assistance. It is a home‑based role offering flexibility and a lighter workload compared with a typical daytime travel desk.

Key responsibilities

• Process evening travel requests, including flight changes, reissues, hotel bookings and car hire.
• Provide overnight emergency support for urgent travel issues.
• Resolve travel disruptions quickly and professionally while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Work Monday and Tuesday nights from 5:00 pm to 9:30 am, with additional coverage during four pre‑planned weeks each year.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent situations with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with flexible, home‑based working patterns.
