Outbound Logistics Lead, EMEA

About the role

Lululemon is seeking an Outbound Logistics Lead to oversee the movement of products across its European network. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective shipments to stores, partners and e‑commerce guests while maintaining compliance with finance, inventory and data‑security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic, cross‑border and international shipments between distribution centres, stores, partners and customers.
• Communicate delivery disruptions and performance metrics to retail, digital ops and the Guest Experience Centre.
• Identify performance gaps, propose improvements and enhance guest experience.
• Maintain and improve tracking tools to provide real‑time parcel visibility.
• Manage relationships with transportation vendors such as UPS, DHL, Royal Mail and E‑Shop World.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on platforms like Narvar and nShift to optimise delivery and returns processes.
• Audit freight invoices, maintain GL codes, create compliance rules and analyse carrier invoices.
• Investigate shortages and damages, submit claims and monitor refunds.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound logistics or supply‑chain operations within a multi‑national environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics and drive process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external carriers.

Required skills

• Experience with nShift shipping platform.
• Familiarity with Narvar returns management system.
• Freight invoice auditing and carrier claim handling.
