Paid Media Account Executive

About the role

Join an independent full‑service advertising agency that blends traditional and digital media with creative services. As a Paid Media Account Executive you will build on your first year of agency experience, taking greater responsibility for multi‑channel paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client schedules, deadlines and day‑to‑day communication.
• Optimise paid social, search and programmatic campaigns to boost efficiency and performance.
• Assist in preparing marketing proposals and developing new campaign concepts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and media suppliers.
• Research markets, select appropriate media channels and monitor daily performance across display, social and search.
• Set up campaigns, review user journeys and ensure correct pixel implementation.
• Stay informed on digital trends and emerging media opportunities.

Required profile

• 6–12 months experience as a Paid Media or Account Executive in an agency setting.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong organisational abilities.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team.
