Paid Performance Manager – Fashion Brand (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Performance Manager to lead the paid acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing contemporary fashion brand. The role is hybrid, combining commercial thinking with strong analytical expertise to drive ecommerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage, optimise and test campaigns, audiences, creatives, messaging and bidding to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Align paid activities with seasonal trading plans and broader commercial objectives.
• Own key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, revenue, conversion and customer acquisition.
• Monitor budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Oversee affiliate marketing, track partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics and platform reporting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paid Performance Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or Paid Social Specialist in ecommerce, fashion or retail.
• Track record of managing high‑performing campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, attribution models and digital marketing performance.
