Paid Social Lead (Meta Growth)

About the role

Eucalyptus, a digital healthcare platform, is looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and scale paid acquisition in the UK market, with a primary focus on Meta and the aim of scaling wider social channels. It is a hands-on growth role covering strategy, creative testing, optimisation and performance analysis to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the paid social strategy for the UK market, with a strong focus on Meta advertising
• Manage and optimise 7-figure monthly media budgets
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test and scale high-performing Meta ad creatives for UK audiences
• Run experiments across creative, audience segmentation, bidding, placements and landing pages, keeping a creative-first testing culture
• Stay ahead of Meta platform changes, including algorithm updates, new ad formats, healthcare advertising policies and beta opportunities
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance using attribution, analytics and BI tools
• Work with product, CRO, engineering, brand and lifecycle marketing teams to improve acquisition efficiency
• Monitor competitors and trends in the UK digital health and consumer subscription space

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Proven track record of managing and scaling large paid social budgets with clear commercial accountability
• Experience building and scaling customer acquisition campaigns focused on ROI, LTV and retention
• Experience in D2C, consumer, subscription or digital health businesses is highly desirable
• Familiarity with UK consumer behaviour and performance marketing best practices
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a strong bias toward action
