About the role

Lotus UK Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join its Operations team at the Hethel facility. In this role you will ensure that every vehicle receives a flawless finish that meets Lotus’s high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect vehicle body panels before paint application.
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using specialist painting equipment.
• Operate painting equipment safely and efficiently within a fast‑paced production environment.
• Meet daily production and quality targets set by the Area Supervisor.
• Follow documented processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete tasks within allocated cycle times and maintain an organised work area.
• Support flexible working arrangements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in automotive, manufacturing or a similar production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality finishes.
• Ability to work to production targets and deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality procedures.
