Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide technical support to Financial Advisers within a respected financial planning firm. The role combines detailed research, report writing and financial analysis, and offers a hybrid working model between home and the office.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret adviser client files and produce comprehensive Financial Planning Reports.
• Conduct technical research to identify suitable providers, products and investment solutions.
• Prepare high‑quality suitability reports within agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Liaise with the Technical and Compliance teams on complex cases and pre‑sale approvals.
• Maintain accurate records, update paraplanning systems and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage several cases at once.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge.
