Paraplanner – Horsham

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established financial planning practice in Horsham to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. The role offers a supportive environment where you can develop your technical expertise and progress your career within a respected firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to financial advisers on pensions, investments and protection matters.
• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis across client portfolios.
• Draft suitability reports and prepare client documentation.
• Assist in designing bespoke financial strategies for clients.
• Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain accurate information.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
• Diploma qualified (DipPFS) or working towards chartered status.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Excellent analytical, communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and client‑focused.
