Paraplanner – Route to Adviser – London – £55k‑£60k + bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Paraplanner to join a leading wealth management firm in London. You will work closely with advisers and sophisticated UK and international clients, delivering high‑quality, compliant wealth planning advice throughout the full advice lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, compliant, technically robust suitability reports and annual review letters.
• Conduct wealth‑planning research and cash‑flow modelling for UK and international clients.
• Review client risk‑profiling reports and ensure clients understand advice outcomes.
• Support advisers with technical analysis, case guidance and preparation for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings, take detailed notes and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management (3‑4 years).
• Level 4 Diploma (essential) with ambition to achieve Chartered or Certified status.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with financial planning tools and modelling software.
