Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

This position supports senior Financial Planners in a well‑established wealth management firm. Working primarily from the Leeds office, you will help deliver compliant, client‑focused advice while benefiting from a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, FCA‑compliant suitability reports for clients.
• Conduct technical research to underpin financial planning recommendations.
• Analyse client fact‑finds and identify appropriate investment and pension solutions.
• Support the development of investment and pension planning strategies.
• Undertake portfolio reviews and cash‑flow modelling.
• Liaise with product providers and internal teams to gather information.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients and advisers.
• Ensure all work meets FCA and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and related financial products.
• Experience producing suitability reports and understanding FCA compliance.
• Working towards or holding a Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
