Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner

About the role

This part‑qualified finance business partner position is with a leading UK charity. It is ideal for an ACCA or CIMA student in the final stages of their qualification who wants to develop finance business partnering and reporting skills in the not‑for‑profit sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and modelling.
• Partner with budget holders to ensure effective financial management.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA, preferably in the latter stages of study.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and management accounting.
• Proven analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and eager to grow in a business‑partnering role.
