Part-Time Caretaker - Residential Estate, Maida Vale

About the role

A residential development in Maida Vale, West London, is looking for a reliable and proactive part-time Caretaker. The post-holder helps keep the estate clean, safe and well-presented, delivers good customer service to residents and supports the day-to-day running of the site alongside a friendly team. Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 and Saturday 07:00-11:00.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all bin stores clean and tidy every day
• Move bins for scheduled collections and return them after collection
• Break down and dispose of bulk waste where appropriate
• Sweep and maintain cycle stores weekly
• Sweep and clear car parks weekly
• Keep courtyards and communal areas clean and presentable
• Pick up litter across the estate and empty litter bins regularly
• Sweep leaves and debris from all external areas
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the estate
