Part-time Primary PPA Teacher (2 days/week) – Druids Heath

About the role
We are looking for an experienced primary teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath on a part‑time basis. The role runs from September 2026 to August 2027, covering two days a week with a consistent timetable and no planning responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Wednesday morning: leadership cover across Years 2‑6.
- Wednesday afternoon: PPA cover in Year 4.
- Thursday (alternate weeks): full‑day teaching in Year 3, or morning teaching in Year 3 followed by afternoon 1:1 interventions with Children in Care in Years 1‑3.
Required profile
- Proven experience teaching across the primary age range.
- Confidence managing a variety of classes and year groups.
- Strong behaviour management skills, especially for a challenging Year 4 class.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly.
- Commitment to high‑quality teaching and learning.
- Not suitable for Early Career Teachers.
