Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing programmes across our growing network of franchise, referral and strategic partnership channels. This hands‑on, 12‑month contract role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day campaign delivery, working closely with sales, partnerships, product and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for franchise, referral and partner channels.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events) that drive partner engagement, lead generation and merchant acquisition.
• Create partner toolkits, sales enablement materials, co‑branded collateral and go‑to‑market assets.
• Produce compelling content such as case studies, thought‑leadership pieces, landing pages and customer success stories.
• Manage campaign calendars, ensure timely execution and report on performance metrics.
• Support partner onboarding and activation through targeted marketing programmes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B, channel or partner marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with franchise, referral, reseller or strategic partner ecosystems (highly desirable).
• Background in financial services, payments, technology or SaaS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, reporting tools and campaign analytics.
• Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint).
