Partnerships & Account Manager – Construction, Asset Management, Property Services, Housing

About the role

This position is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with supply‑chain partners across construction, asset management, property services and housing sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, promoting collaborative working and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective partners, providing day‑to‑day support.
• Compile and analyse management, operational and supply‑chain reports.
• Identify new suppliers, conduct competitor analysis and monitor spend.
• Attend member, operational meetings and industry conferences.
• Draft social‑media content and manage bulk email communications.
• Maintain audit files, procurement requirements and seek social‑value opportunities.
• Support the creation of contract packs and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Track, chase and review supplier documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, account or partnerships management within construction, housing or property sectors.
• Background in supply‑chain or procurement frameworks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with asset management, property services or building‑safety regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a social‑enterprise environment.
