Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class servicing and activation for UC3’s global sponsorship portfolio across the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. Reporting to the Global Partnerships Lead, the role acts as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring contracted rights are executed to the highest standard and enabling brands to achieve their objectives through innovative, multi‑channel activations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class partnership servicing and activation across assigned partner accounts, ensuring all rights are fulfilled and measured against partner objectives.
• Support the Global Partnerships Lead with day‑to‑day operations and client servicing.
• Identify best‑in‑class processes and experiences to support the growth of the partnership offering.
• Lead regular partner meetings, providing clear communication, performance tracking and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver insight‑led integrated partnerships aligned with partner objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and activating partnerships within the sports and/or entertainment industry.
• Strong relationship management skills, acting as a trusted partner to major brands.
• Highly proactive approach to account management with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding organisational, time‑management and planning abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong overall Microsoft Office competency.
