Parts Advisor – Automotive Luxury Brand

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join a reputable luxury automotive dealer in North West London. You will be the main point of contact for trade and retail customers, helping them find the right components for a wide range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade and retail customers face‑to‑face and over the phone, providing accurate parts information.
• Use electronic parts catalogues to locate and order components for the workshop.
• Supply parts to the service team promptly and maintain stock accuracy.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment.
• Good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Mature attitude, strong team player, and customer‑focused mindset.
