Part‑Time Financial Services Administrator (Corsham)

About the role

This part‑time position supports a senior Financial Adviser in a well‑established independent financial planning firm. Working 2‑3 days a week with flexible hours, the role offers a genuine work‑life balance and the chance to become an integral part of a trusted client‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Adviser.
• Process new business applications and provider transactions.
• Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and valuations.
• Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
• Liaise with providers to obtain information and chase outstanding business.
• Handle Letters of Authority, client servicing requests and produce client reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial planning or wealth‑management administration.
• Confidence using Intelligent Office and various provider platforms from day one.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Salary up to £40,000 FTE (pro‑rata), dependent on experience.
