About the role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool on a part‑time basis. The role starts in September 2026 and covers a one‑year maternity leave, offering a stable, long‑term placement within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching at Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Reliable, proactive and able to build positive relationships.
- Genuine passion for teaching and learning.
