Part‑Time Merchandiser (Independent Contractor) – Uxbridge

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Merchandiser to work as an independent contractor at retail locations in Uxbridge. The role involves visiting assigned stores 2‑3 times per week, maintaining floral and packaged nut product displays, and ensuring they are stocked, priced and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and refresh product displays, including seasonal updates and price adjustments.
• Manage inventory by identifying low stock, placing orders and keeping displays fully stocked.
• Follow planograms to position products correctly and set up promotional end‑caps.
• Submit daily call reports documenting display condition, inventory levels and actions taken.
• Water and care for floral items, keep the display area clean and tidy.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, walk and stand for long periods, and lift up to 45 lb.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and good communication with store staff.
• Reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market needs and store‑specific requests.
