About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate buses safely on assigned routes and timetables.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all passengers.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑journey vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Assist passengers, including those requiring additional support.
• Adhere to road traffic regulations, safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with controllers and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid PCV licence.
• Current Driver CPC card.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Professional attitude and genuine enjoyment of driving.
