People Development Advisor

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a People Development Advisor to support learning and development for its Head Office team. You will help build coaching capability, AI confidence, induction programmes and mandatory training, working closely with stakeholders and using digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learner needs across the Head Office and recommend improvements to the learning offer.
• Act as the main point of contact for learning stakeholders, collaborating with People Business Partners and the Healthcare People Development Advisor.
• Champion wider L&D initiatives such as negotiation skills, Learning at Work Week, CSR, wellbeing and mentoring programmes.
• Coordinate learning activities from needs analysis through design, delivery, evaluation and impact measurement.
• Lead the Head Office induction experience, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed, included and engaged.
• Create, curate and support learning content for digital, virtual and in‑person delivery, working with internal teams, Copilot and external providers.
• Facilitate engaging in‑person and virtual learning sessions aligned with Superdrug’s culture.
• Track attendance, gather feedback, evaluate impact and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in a corporate environment.
• Ability to analyse learning needs and measure the value of interventions.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on employee engagement.
