Performance Ads Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects high-performing professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, matching sales talent to full-time remote roles within client teams. It is seeking a commercially minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for its clients. The role is responsible for the success of client "open days", keeping events fully booked while maintaining efficient acquisition costs, and acts as a strategic partner who tests creatives and optimises the funnel from click to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns so client open days stay at full capacity
• Maintain and optimise CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed target ranges
• Monitor and improve the Lead-to-Booking rate through continuous funnel analysis
• Carry out ongoing competitive research so clients stay leaders in their local markets
• Develop and test new creative concepts with content creators, and A/B test landing pages
• Provide detailed monthly reporting on meaningful optimisations and strategic shifts
• Use Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure accurate data and attribution

Required profile

• Professional ownership, clear communication and the ability to learn from mistakes and pivot quickly
• Proven experience developing creative strategies and directing content creators
• Solid understanding of the agency ecosystem and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team
• Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms and a track record of hitting conversion targets
• Ability to work standard UK business hours
• Broad digital marketing knowledge to support an agile team
