Performance Marketing Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to drive the next phase of growth for a fast‑growing DTC pet brand. In this hybrid role you will sit at the crossroads of paid media, creative production, influencer marketing and organic social, turning data‑driven insights into high‑impact creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data from Meta, TikTok and YouTube to identify winning ad patterns.
• Translate insights into high‑converting hooks, scripts and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with media buyers, editors and creators to execute and test creative ideas.
• Design and manage structured creative tests that measure lift and scalability.
• Challenge assumptions and continuously iterate on creative strategy based on results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Creative Strategy or Performance Creative role within a DTC brand.
• Proven ability to link performance metrics to creative decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing over guessing.
• Excellent written communication for crafting hooks and scripts.
