About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist – Social you will drive growth across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat for a portfolio of clean‑beauty and wellbeing brands. Working in a hybrid London office, you will partner with brand and digital teams to plan, optimise and scale paid social campaigns that deliver profitable customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Snapchat for multiple brands and markets.
  • Build full‑funnel strategies that move users from awareness to conversion while meeting ROAS, CPA and CAC targets.
  • Monitor campaign profitability and use attribution modelling tools to analyse performance data.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop performance‑driven ad concepts and scalable creative frameworks.
  • Lead A/B testing on creatives, audiences and placements to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, innovations and emerging trends, applying best practices.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of performance media buying experience on social channels in e‑commerce/D2C.
  • Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets across multiple markets or brands.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable optimisations.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, Scandinavian) are a plus.
