Personal Assistant – Online Fashion Retail

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the executive leadership team of a leading online fashion retailer in Central Manchester. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment from modern offices that include an onsite gym, canteen and free Pilates/Yoga classes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Provide executive administrative support, including correspondence, meeting preparation and follow‑up.
- Handle private PA duties and confidential matters with discretion.
- Coordinate a variety of administrative projects across the business.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, ever‑changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
