About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the executive leadership team of a leading online fashion retailer in Central Manchester. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment from modern offices that include an onsite gym, canteen and free Pilates/Yoga classes.

Key responsibilities

Manage complex diaries and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
Provide executive administrative support, including correspondence, meeting preparation and follow‑up.
Handle private PA duties and confidential matters with discretion.
Coordinate a variety of administrative projects across the business.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Ability to thrive in a busy, ever‑changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
