We are seeking a Personal Tax Accountant to join a professional services firm in Eastleigh. The role involves preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, providing tax planning advice, and delivering high‑quality service to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal tax returns for individuals.
• Advise clients on personal tax planning and compliance matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax legislation and its implications.
• Communicate with clients to answer tax queries and resolve issues.
• Assist the tax team in meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
• Handle HMRC correspondence and resolve tax‑related matters.
• Identify tax‑saving opportunities for clients.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting or tax qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience preparing and reviewing personal tax returns.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
