Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes.
• Review tax returns and complex tax work for accuracy and quality.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of personal tax matters.
• Lead, support and develop a small team of tax professionals.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines and quality standards across the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional support and advice.
• Collaborate with senior management on the evolution of the tax service offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal tax within an accountancy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and review work.
• Experience leading and developing junior staff.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for long‑term career progression.
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
