About the role

Join the world‑leading personal training team at Ultimate Performance in Chelsea, London. You will work full‑time delivering the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training system that drives measurable client transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
• Design and adjust training programmes based on client data and goals.
• Deliver nutrition guidance that aligns with the UP approach.
• Maintain high standards of client safety, hygiene and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.

Required skills

• Level 3 Personal Training certification.
• Ability to apply data‑driven training methodologies.
