PMO Analyst (French) – Project Management Office

About the role

As a PMO Analyst within Arrive's Transport business unit, you will be the backbone of our project delivery framework, supporting complex ticketing and hardware projects across multiple cities. You will work closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Team Leads to ensure schedules, finances, and resources are managed with precision and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Project Managers use the scheduling toolset effectively and meet PMO criteria for schedule health and resource allocation.
• Support creation and maintenance of project dashboards that track finances, risks, opportunities, and payment milestones.
• Facilitate resource and equipment management processes, providing high‑level reporting on capacity and capability utilisation.
• Provide essential financial data from Finance to support cost control and accurate project invoicing.
• Create and deliver training materials on schedule, risk, and issue management for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and the engineering lifecycle.

Required profile

• Highly organised and analytical professional who turns complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communicator, reliable and regarded as the go‑to person for process governance and project support.

Required skills

• Minimum two years of experience in a PMO environment with solid project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency in a leading scheduling tool such as Microsoft Project, including template management.
