PMO Analyst – Wealth Management Change & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join a leading wealth management organisation in London that is undergoing a major business and technology transformation. The role will support a diverse portfolio of regulatory, digital and technology projects, providing governance, reporting and insight to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce PMO governance standards across business and IT projects.
• Produce and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards and RAID logs.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations at senior level.
• Utilise JIRA and Confluence to track work, issues and documentation.
• Support both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches, helping teams transition to Agile practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a regulated environment such as banking, financial services or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory change and reporting obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
