About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in your subject area.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety in the classroom.
• Contribute to whole‑school initiatives, extracurricular activities and community projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practice.
• Provide timely feedback to pupils and support their individual learning needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑academy environment.
• Willingness to engage with parents, staff and the wider community.

Required skills

• Subject expertise in Drama, Music, English, Mathematics, Business Studies or Dance.
• Strong classroom management and lesson‑planning abilities.
• Effective communication and assessment skills.
