About the role
Reed Education is partnering with primary schools across Maidstone and the wider Inspire Partnership network to provide enthusiastic supply teachers. This ad‑hoc role offers short‑term, flexible work that fits around your lifestyle, with daily rates and support from a dedicated consultant.
Key responsibilities
- Provide same‑day cover for classrooms on short notice.
- Accept pre‑booked assignments when available.
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 based on personal preferences.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Positive, flexible attitude toward varied settings.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Confidence delivering engaging lessons at short notice.
