Primary Supply Teacher

About the role

Primary Supply Teachers are needed across the Aylesbury Vale area to support local primary schools. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment, delivering lessons to pupils of various ages and abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans and adapt them to meet the needs of each class.
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow teachers.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including marking where required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and classroom‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work in different school settings across Aylesbury Vale.
• Passion for education and commitment to pupil success.
• Ability to build positive relationships within schools and commute to assigned locations.
