About the role
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Accrington and East Lancashire. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available, covering EYFS through Year 6, with flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the National Curriculum to pupils of varying ages and abilities.
- Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
- Support each pupil in reaching their full academic potential.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different schools and student groups.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching the National Curriculum.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and positive attitude towards teaching.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil achievement.
